Chusenji Burial Mounds
Originally there were 19 burial mounds, but now 2 protruding tombs have been preserved and maintained.
Tomb No. 8 to No. 10 are medium-sized (18 m, including 27 m) protruding tombs with four corners.
A wooden coffin was placed in three graves at the top of the mound, and the corpse was mourned. In addition, pottery from the latter half of the late Yayoi period has been unearthed.
Discovered in the 40's of the Showa era, the existence of four-corner protruding tombs spread throughout the country.
