Birthplace of Shikanosuke Yamanaka
As soon as you enter Shinmiyadani right, there is a mansion ruin. It is said that he lived here as a child.

Joanji Temple
Nanzenji Temple. 14th century open tomb. During the feudal era, the 9th feudal lord Naosuke Matsudaira established a domain here. Tamon-no-O and Komoku-ten, two attendant samurai who donated the main gate of the temple, are the works of Kamakura and are major cultural properties.

Yamanaka Palace Ruins
It has an area of 3,000 square meters, and the stone walls were restored in 1996. Boxwood trees have been planted on the remains of the residential buildings, and the Omorimichi, Shioyaguchi, and Sugayaguchi roads are connected to this square.

The samurai dormitory and the main house (waiting room). There was a field where I planted flowers and healed my heart.

Yamanaka Shikanosuke Prayer Moon Statue
It is a Shikanosuke statue (height 5m) worshiping the crescent moon on the drum platform.
Together with Katsuhisa Amago, he fought against the Mori to restore his master's family.
