Founded in the precincts of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, famous for Izumo no Nikko, in the 5th year of Tenpo in the Edo period.
Since then, the bamboo skin that wraps the homemade koji, which is particularly carefully selected, has continued to give the appearance a touch at the same time as maintaining freshness.
It is a masterpiece that is pleased as a gift and a souvenir by a moist sweetness.
