【Equipment Outline】

One of the most famous cherry blossom spots in Shimane Prefecture. In the spring, about 450 “someiyoshino”  (a kind of cherry blossom) are in full  bloom in the surrounding of Yasugi park. During blooming, the Cherry Blossom Festival are held, that is related to Watanabe-oito, who is said to have spread the Yasugi-bushi. Azaleas and autumn leaves are also famous. 

During the cherry blossom festival, “bonbori” lanterns (Japanese paper lantern) are lighted, these bonbori illuminate its petals with otherworldly atmosphere.
