Japanese Garden

The vast Japanese garden of 50,000 tsubo, such as a dead mountain water garden, a white sand blue pine garden, a moss garden, and a pond garden, shows a beautiful appearance of the four seasons.This garden has been selected as the “16th consecutive year in Japan” (2003-2018) in the garden ranking of the Journal of Japanese Gardening, a Japanese garden magazine in the United States, and has been highly acclaimed overseas.

Masterpiece

The Yokoyama Taikan Collection, which counts about 120 works, is famous for its works by masters of modern Japanese art, such as Yokoyama Taikan, Takeuchi, Kawai Tamado, Hashimoto Sekiyuki, Sakakibara Shimine, and Uemura Matsuen, and holds special exhibitions for each four seasons.
In addition, the new building will exhibit new works and in-house exhibitions by the Nihon Academy of Fine Arts, and you can enjoy the essence of contemporary Japanese painting.

Ceramics

You can also see the works of Yasugi’s potter,Hirojiro Kawai, a rare chef and potter, and an exhibition of the restaurant style inspired by the world of cuisine by the Rozan people.
