A monument related to Shikanosuke was built along the Tonuki River, which is located near the north side of Yasugi City Hospital.

"Yamanaka Shikanosuke Yukimori" is the hero of Yasugi City, a warlord of the fate of the seven hardships.

As represented by the "Yasugi-bushi" dojo-sukui dance, Dojo has been familiar to the citizens.
