5-minute walk from Yasugi Station, a hand-made Izumo soba shop with a folk art style.
“Shibaraku” is one of kabuki 18, “for a while”. It is said that the first owner’s kabuki love has risen.
The inside of the shop is lined with folk art items collected from the previous generation.
Because  we use water from mountain, the buckwheat noodles are elegant and have a good mouthfeel, and strong taste dashi leaves a refreshing aftertaste .
