A long-established Japanese confectionery store that has been in business for 60 years.

All sweets are handmade using local ingredients and traditional methods handed down from generation to generation.
Familiar confections such as the famous confectionery “Shikanosuke” and “Tomita Togetsou”, which won awards at the National Confectionery Expo,
are very popular as souvenirs and tea gifts.

Shikanosuke, a famous confectionary created to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Yamanaka Shikanosuke’s birth, has become a standard souvenir of the castle town of Hirose.
Gently sweet red bean paste is wrapped in Western-style dough.
