Taikonodan/Senjohira
A gathering place in the Amago era, with an area of 3,000 square meters.
There is a large shiitake tree that is over 400 years old, and is also called shiikinari.

Yamanaka Shikanosuke Prayer Moon Statue
It is said that he prayed to the crescent moon, "Give me all the hardships."
The statue of Shikanosuke erected in 1978 faces Mt. Misasa and puts his hands together.

Iwakuraji Temple
This is Amago's Kagoji Temple, which is built within the castle area.
The statue of Sho Kannon is an important cultural property, and here is the grave of Lord Yoshiharu Horio with a huge five-ring pagoda.

Tomb of Yoshiharu Horio
After the construction of Matsue Castle, it was erected in this Iwakuraji Temple according to his will.

Yamanaka Shikanosuke Memorial Tower
A small memorial tower for Shikanosuke Yamanaka stands next to Yoshiharu Horio.
It is said that Yoshiharu Horio's wife built it in memory of Shikanosuke.
