Yasugi Park（Shanichi Park）

One of the best cherry blossom spots in Shimane Prefecture. During the season, about 450 Yoshino cherry trees bloom in the park on the hill. A cherry blossom festival is held during the flowering period, and an event related to Oito Watanabe , who is said to have spread Yasugibushi, is also held. It is also famous for its azaleas and autumn leaves.
Paper lanterns are lit at night during the cherry blossom festival, illuminating the flower petals in a mystical way.
