In the late Edo period, Tsuneshichi, the second son of Yamakataya in Nishikoji, Yasugi City, established a branch family and named it ‘Yamatsune.’ Spring, summer, autumn and winter, it is a restaurant where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine and sake that are made to take advantage of the seasons.
