A 5-minute walk from Yasugi Station, this hand-made Izumo soba restaurant with folk art style.
“Shibaraku” is derived from one of the 18 Kabuki plays, “Ibaraku”. It is said that this is the result of the first store owner’s love for Kabuki.
The shop is crammed full of folk crafts collected from the previous generation.
The soba noodles are refined and have a pleasant taste, and the dashi stock is strong yet leaves a refreshing aftertaste.
