Saginoyu Hot Spring
Infomation
Furukawa Town, Yasugi City
A hot spring for beautiful skin with a heron legend
A historic hot spring that first appeared during the Jinki era (724-729).
It is said that it got its name because a white heron healed a wound on its leg.
From the Sengoku period to the Edo period, it flourished as a palace bath for successive feudal lords, including the Amago clan.
Since ancient times, many people have come here for hot spring treatments, and it has been designated as a national hot spring resort by the Ministry of Tourism.
The source temperature is around 50 degrees, and there is plenty of hot water.
With a colorless and transparent hot water texture,
The hot spring water, which contains radioactive sodium and calcium, warms your body from the core, leaving you feeling warm even after taking a bath.
It is also known as a beautiful skin hot spring that promotes metabolism and helps revitalize the skin.
It is located right next to the Adachi Museum of Art, which is known for having the best garden in Japan.
After enjoying the museum, we also recommend relaxing in a hot spring.
