We have been following the traditional manufacturing method for 100 years.
A long-established soy sauce and miso specialty store founded in the Taisho period in Hakuta-cho.
We manufacture and sell a wide range of soy sauce products, from everyday use to luxury items.
The soy sauce, which is made over a long period of time in cedar vats, has a mellow taste.
In addition to soy sauce and miso, Kinzanji miso, amazake, and ice cream are made using plenty of locally grown soybeans and vegetables.
It is loved by many repeaters both inside and outside the prefecture.
