Shibazakura in Higashihita heralds the arrival of spring
Shibazakura blooms from spring to early summer every year in Higashihita in the Hita district, which is approximately 35 km from the city center of Yasugi City and adjacent to Okuizumo Town.
At the annual Shibazakura Festival, rice and wild vegetable soup made with local ingredients are served, and musical events are also held.
