The 50-year-old ramen is exquisite!
A set meal restaurant in the Hida district of Hirose Town, in a hilly and mountainous area. We use 100% Hida rice harvested locally in Hida, which has a warm climate.
This is a shop that you definitely want to visit when you visit Hita.
